On Saturday I woke up at 8 what is not a good time for me for a Saturday because I love to sleep long on the weekend. But I knew it’s getting very hot and I wanted to run. At this time, the temperature was still bearable.

Am Samstag bin ich schon um 8 Uhr aufgestanden. Das ist wahrlich keine angenehme Zeit für‘s Wochendende, wo ich doch so gerne ausschlafe. Allerdings wusste ich, dass es an diesem Tag sehr heiß werden würde und ich wollte unbedingt laufen gehen und um diese Uhrzeit war es noch einigermaßen erträglich.

May I introduce to you: This is Ben the English bulldog of my sister. He likes cheese and fruits. I had to defend my strawberries and my cherries 🙂

Darf ich vorstellen: Ben- die englische Bulldogge meiner Schwester. Er ist sehr gern Käse und Obst. Ich musste meine Erdbeeren und meine Kirchen ganz schön verteidigen 🙂

Ice cream is always a good idea. Especially I love spaghetti ice because when the cream gets frozen it’s a taste adventure.

Eis ist immer eine gute Idee. Vor allem liebe ich Spaghetti-Eis, denn wenn die Sahne durch das Eis gefriert, ergibt das eine pure Geschmacksexplosion.

Just before the sun disappeared behind the horizon, we had the outfit in the ‚box‘. Yesterday in the evening I’ve already sensed that the summer temperatures will return and we can expect a sunny and hot weekend. In these photos I still wear a jacket that I’ll probably (hopefully) don’t need the next few days. The shoes I’ve chosen at the Berlin Buffalo blogger event! They look super cool and are super comfortable too.

Kurz bevor die Sonne hinter dem Horizont verschwand, hatten wir das Outfit im ‚Kasten‘.Gestern Abend hat man schon gespürt, dass die sommerlichen Temperaturen zurückkehren werden und uns ein sonniges und heißes Wochenende erwartet. Today I want to tell you about my highlight of the last week. Last Friday was the women’s Nike race ‚ We own the night’. 21 clock was the starting point and 6000 girls ran 10 km through Berlin. It was so exciting and adventurous! The atmosphere was bombastic: music, cheering crowd and a lot of joggers all wearing the blue shirt. These pictures must have looked amazing from up above. Even after 51 minutes I crossed the finish line and was very happy with my result. As always the question came up: What should I wear? The weather was very changeable and rainy last week so I decided to wear a windrunner and a long running pants by Nike. Each participant who finished the 10 kilometers, got a very beautiful necklace designed by the Berlin jewelry designer Sabrina Dehoff together with Nike. I proudly wear this necklace and it will always remind me of this amazing night run. Down below I’ll show you this beautiful piece of jewelry how nice it shines in the sun.

Hallo zusammen! Heute berichte ich über mein Highlight der letzten Woche. Am Freitag fand der ‚We own the night‘ Frauenlauf von Nike statt. Pünktlich um 21 Uhr gab es den Startschuss und ca. 6000 Girls liefen 10 km durch Berlin. Es war so aufregend und abenteuerlich! Die Stimmung war bombastisch: Musik, jubelnde Zuschauer und ein riesiges blaues Meer, soweit das Auge reichte. Diese Bilder hätte ich gern aus der Luft verfolgt. Schon nach 51 Minuten überquerte ich die Ziellinie und war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Ergebnis. Wie immer beschäftigte mich die Frage: Was ziehe ich an? Da das Wetter in der letzten Woche sehr wechselhaft und verregnet war, entschied ich mich für einen Windrunner und eine lange Laufhose von Nike. Jede Teinehmerin bekam im Ziel nach den 10 Kilometern eine wunderhübsche Kette von der Berliner Schmuckdesignerin Sabrina Dehoff und Nike überreicht. Voller Stolz trage ich diese Kette und werde mich immer an diesen Nachtlauf zurückerinnern. Weiter unten zeige ich Euch das Schmuckstück, wie schön es in der Sonne glänzt.

The race pack for the Nike run includes a running shirt, a backpack and some NYX cosmetics.

Last week I signed in for the Berlin ladies run ‚We own the night‘ by Nike. This run goes 10 km across Berlin. I’m really looking forward to this event because I love to run. Why? Because firstly it’s healthy, it turns off the brain for that moment, because I feel fit and good looking and it offers pure nature without paying a cent for it. Yesterday I was running the 10 km route in the pouring rain. What an adventure…

Letzte Woche habe ich mich für den am Freitag stattfindenden Berliner ‚We own the night‘ Ladies-Run von Nike angemeldet. Dieser Lauf führt 10 km quer durch Berlin. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf dieses Event, denn ich liebe es zu laufen. Warum? Weil es in erster Linie gesund ist, weil es das Gehirn für diesen Moment ausstellt, weil ich mich dadurch fit und gut aussehend fühle und es ist bietet einem Natur pur ohne auch nur einen Cent dafür zu bezahlen. Gestern bin ich die 10 km-Strecke im strömenden Regen abgelaufen. Das war ein Abenteuer.

Last week was so hot and sunny that I had a lunch break outside with water ice and a little bit sun on my skin.

Letzte Woche war es so heiß und sonnig, dass ich mich in der Mittagspause sonnte und mir dazu ein Wassereis gönnte.

Green Berlin! On Sunday we go by bike to the ‚Britzer Garten‚- a beautiful and quiet place with a lot of green and flowers. We shooted an outfit there which I will show you the next days on the blog.

Grünes Berlin! Am Sonntag sind wir mit dem Fahrrad zum ‚Britzer Garten‘ gefahren. Eine riesige parkähnliche, wunderschöne und ruhige Anlage mit sehr viel Grün und Blumen. Dort ist auch ein neuer Outfit shoot entstanden, den ich Euch in den nächsten Tagen auf dem Blog zeigen werde.

sunday nails: palms on toenails

Summer is coming with big steps and about the current spring temperatures we can not complain. Now the summer shoes comes out of the closet and toenails get more attention than hidden in socks and winter shoes. Even in winter the feet deserves also care and attention but during the warm seasons you can perhaps be a little more creative on your toenails and thus catching some more attention to your feet. I have (again on a Sunday :-)) try something and ‚decorated‘ my toenails a bit. Maybe you like it and you get an inspiration to try it also. The advantage in contrast with beeing creative on your fingernails is that your both hands are free. For example if music is playing besides it can be very relaxing and makes a good mood.

Der Sommer kommt mit großen Schritten und über die aktuellen sommergleichen Frühlingstemperaturen können wir nicht klagen. Jetzt holt man die Sommersandalen aus dem Schrank und die Fußnägel erlangen mehr Aufmerksamkeit, als versteckt in Strümpfen und Winterschuhen. Auch im Winter gebührt den Füßen Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit, aber zu den warmen Jahreszeiten kann man vielleicht etwas kreativer werden und dadurch ein paar mehr Blicke auf die Füße ziehen. Ich habe mich (mal wieder an einem Sonntag :-)) ausprobiert und meine Fußnägel ein bisschen ‚dekoriert‘. Vielleicht gefällt es Euch und Ihr bekommt auch Lust Euch auszuprobieren. Der Vorteil bei dem Gestalten der Fußnägel gegenüber der Fingernägel ist, dass man beide Hände frei. Wenn z. B. etwas Musik nebenher läuft, kann es sehr entspannend sein und gute Laune machen.

At first clean and care your feet:
1. use a scrub and after that a moisturizing cream
2. filing the nails into shape and remove excess cuticle
3. Apply a nourishing base coat and use a cuticle care pen-ready

Als erstes die Füße reinigen und pflegen:
1. Ich benutze ein Peeling und danach eine feuchtigkeitsspendende Creme.
2. Die Nägel in Form feilen und die überschüssige Nagelhaut entfernen.
3. Einen pflegenden Unterlack auftragen und einen Nagelhautpflegestift verwenden- fertig.

2. What you need and how to do // 2. Was Du brauchst und wie

1. apply nailpolish (for example essie // nuance: go ginza)
2. cut little colored stripes (self sticking). I took the black one for the stock of the palm.
3. draw little palm leaves on the nails (for example with the little applicator from essence / nailpolish: p2 / 620 artful)
4. for the other nails without palms I took a glitter nailpolish (for example Catrice / 41 Two Million Dollar Baby)
5. last step topcoat

1. Nagellack Grundton auftragen (z. B. essie // Farbe: go ginza)
2. kleine Streifen schneiden (selbstklebend). Ich habe die schwarzen genommen für den Stamm der Palme
3. kleine Palmenblätter mit Hilfe des kleinen Applikators von essence aufzeichnen (Lack: p2 / 62 artful)
4. für die anderen Nägel ohne Palmen, habe ich noch einen Glitzerlack aufgetragen (Catrice / 41 Two Million Dollar Baby)
5. topcoat auftragen

Hi there! Last week I received an invitation for the Buffalo blogger event. And so I met quite a lot of lovely people and of course beautiful shoes, shoes, shoes at the Buffalo Store in Berlin- Mitte . I tried to capture this exciting evening in some pics and I hope you like it.

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Letzte Woche ereilte mich die Einladung zum Buffalo- Bloggerevent. Und so traf ich im Buffalo-Store in Berlin-Mitte auf ganz viele liebe Menschen und natürlich wunderschöne Schuhe, Schuhe, Schuhe. Ich habe versucht diesen aufregenden Abend in Fotos festzuhalten und hoffe Euch gefällt’s.

The question ‚What should I wear?‘ was on my mind as always and so I decided for a classic, sporty and elegant look. It was a very sunny and warm day, so I could get my turquoise Birkenstock shoes for the first time this year out of the closet. This season Birkenstock’s seems to be establish as a ‚fashion must-have‘. I’ve 2 pair since last year in my collection but I am considering to buy a third pair :-).

Die Frage ‚Was ziehe ich an an diesem Abend an?‘ beschäftigte mich natürlich wie immer sehr und so entschied ich mich für einen klassisch, sportlich und doch irgendwie eleganten Look. Es war ein sehr warmer Tag und deshalb konnte ich meine türkisfarbenen Birkenstock das erste Mal in diesem Jahr aus dem Schuhschrank holen. Diese Saison scheinen sich Birkenstock’s zu einem ‚Fashion-Must-Have‘ zu etablieren. Ich habe 2 Paar seit letztem Jahr in meiner Sammlung, überlege jedoch mir noch ein drittes Paar zuzulegen :-).

After a warm welcome by the Buffalo staff, I was overwhelmed by the sight of that many shoes in all shapes and colors.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von den Buffalo- Mitarbeitern, überwältigte mich auch schon der Anblick der zahlreichen Schuhe in allen Formen und Farben.

Quite shamelessly I admit that I wore those shoes in the 90s and even today for an appropriate occasion I would wear them again!

Ich gebe ganz schamlos zu, auch diesen Trend machte ich in 90er Jahren mit und zu einem passenden Anlass hätte ich auch heutzutage keine Hemmungen dieses Schuhstil wieder zu tragen!

That evening so many known blogger girls were in the house and as we’ve noticed that we could choose a pair of shoes for us, we all were full of joy.

Es waren soviel bekannte Blogger- Mädels an diesem Abend dabei und als wir erfahren haben, dass wir uns ein Paar Schuhe unserer Wahl aussuchen dürfen, gab es kein Halten mehr und wir waren alle aus dem Häuschen.

Manhattan Cosmetics was also on board and you could got some make up and some beauty tips.

Manhatten- Cosmetics war auch dabei und man konnte sich stylen und beraten lassen.

In this wide-ranging offer the decision to me was absolutely not easy. But I took these ankle boots because I saw them for the first time in the store and they didn’t go out of my mind. After I had tried them and they still were perfect I was convinced. I’ll proudly present them to you soon with an outfit.

Bei diesem breitgefächerten Angebot fiel mir die Entscheidung absolut nicht leicht, aber an diesen Stiefelletten blieb ich von Anfang an irgendwie kleben und nachdem ich sie anprobiert hatte und sie auch noch perfekt saßen, war ich überzeugt. Ich werde sie Euch bald ganz stolz zu einem Outfit präsentieren.
